My husband and I joked she was the reason we bought on AMI haha. Honestly, we encountered other real estate agents during showings and we both walked away saying thank goodness we are not working with them. Kathy just gets it. She knows the island and she knows the industry. Most importantly she gets people. She is what I like to call a connector. She is likable and approachable. Was energetic, and excited and never made you feel like it was a chore to show us houses! She filled our car rides with fun facts and tidbits about the island.
